Include the day, month, and full four-digit year. Shortcuts will give you inaccurate results.
Add the digits of the day, month, and year individually until each becomes a single digit (unless 11, 22, or 33 appear — stop there).
Combine your reduced day, month, and year into a single sum.
Add the resulting digits until you reach 1–9, 11, 22, or 33.
