  • Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled once if informed at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Technical Issues: In case of system or payment errors (e.g., double payment, failed transaction, payment gateway errors), refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after verification.
  • Workshops & Courses: Fees for workshops or courses are non-refundable once access or confirmation has been granted. “Access” means login credentials issued, course materials delivered and learning sessions initiated.
  • Products: Items purchased from shop.sheelaa.com can be replaced only if damaged or defective, reported within 48 hours of delivery. This requires sharing details over email to support@sheelaa.com with clear photos of the damaged or defective products.
