Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of this Website/App shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time. The arbitral proceedings shall be conducted by a Sole Arbitrator appointed in accordance with applicable law. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

Subject to the above arbitration proceedings, the courts having appropriate jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, to the extent permitted by law.

Appointment Process

• To book an appointment, please select the Book an Appointment option available on the Website, or our team will call you to schedule the appointment.
• You will be required to provide the requested details and select a convenient date and time for you.
• The applicable appointment fee must be paid online to confirm the appointment. An appointment shall be considered confirmed only upon successful receipt of the applicable payment.
• Please read the Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before confirming your appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

1. Requests for cancellation of an appointment must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled appointment time.
2. For requests for rescheduling of your sessions, make sure you inform before 24 hours
3. Appointments may be rescheduled once, subject to availability and timely notification.
4. Requests made after the stipulated period may not be eligible for cancellation, rescheduling, or refund.
5. Sheelaa.com reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel an appointment due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In such an event, an alternative appointment date may be offered.
6. If the alternative date offered is not suitable, the refund, if applicable, shall be processed in accordance with the applicable Refund Policy.

Refund Policy

1. Fees paid for consultations that have been completed or partially completed are non-refundable.
2. Where a refund is applicable, the eligible refund amount, after deduction of any applicable cancellation charges, shall be processed through the same payment method used at the time of booking, wherever possible. Or we will ask you for the bank details to process the refund.
3. Refunds arising due to payment-related issues, such as duplicate payments or technical/payment gateway errors, shall be processed within 14 business days after the email request is received.
4. The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer’s bank account or payment instrument may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.
5. For workshops, courses, digital products or other services where access, confirmation, materials or credentials have already been provided, no refund is applicable.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, Appointment Policy, Cancellation Policy or Refund Policy shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.

The arbitral proceedings shall be conducted by a Sole Arbitrator appointed in accordance with applicable law and shall be conducted in English.

Subject to the arbitration proceedings, the courts having appropriate jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, to the extent permitted by law.
